Eric Klein principally runs the Boca RatonForeclosure Defense law team. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Klein received his Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 1992. Three years later, Mr. Klein was awarded his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover with a concentration in business law.

In 2007, Eric Klein was admitted to the bar for United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His previous admittances came from the Florida bar (2007), the Massachusetts bar (1995), the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (1996), and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit (1996).
